As much as I want to see an oddball team like Wyoming make the field, I’m surprised they’re getting so much consideration(here and elsewhere). I don’t see much on their resume to get fired up about.
You might be a little high on the MVC. I’d love to see it, but I think 6-7-8 is more likely. I think Notre Dame should be about a 6 too. (Not being critical, just throwing out an opinion.)

I practice BK in Atlanta and I am seineg more and more instances where a lien strip can work. I emphasize to my clients that knowing the fair market value of their home is absolutely necessary I strongly recommend an appraisal. Further, I have to know the exact balances on both the 1st and 2nd. If the FMV is even a few hundred dollars more than the balance on the 1st mortgage, a lien strip will not work because the 2nd will be partially secured. And, as you point out the 13 has to be viable on its face to make this work.
Each QuotesChimp should establish consumer information bureaus to help consumers comparison shop for auto insurance (and, eventually, other types of insurance as well). In addition to price information, the state should make available data on how long it takes to settle claims, the percentage of claims that go to court, the costs of providing insurance in the state, assessments of reserve accuracy, and similar information. Applicants would be able to either call an 800 phone number or access computers to obtain the information. Such a service would increase competition within the industryand, as any good capitalist will tell you, increased competition should decrease prices and improve service.
I think Wyoming is getting consideration because they have a top-70 RPI, a good record, and two high-quality wins over Colorado St. and UNLV. If they can go 4-2 to finish the season and win their first round game in the Mountain West tournament, they’ll at least have a small window of hope on Selection Sunday. As for the Missouri Valley Conference, I really like Wichita State’s Top-20 RPI and Top-60 SOS, and wins @Creighton, @Missouri State, @Colorado, and vs. UNLV. Even in their current free-fall, I think Creighton is worthy of a 6-seed based on their RPI and wins @SDSU, @Wichita State, @Missouri State, and vs. Northwestern. Both teams have major opportunities to showcase their quality (or lack thereof) in their respective Bracketbusters match-ups.
